Lion’s Mane Mushroom "Steak" with Herb Butter

Ingredients:

2 large lion’s mane mushrooms
3 tbsp unsalted butter (or plant-based alternative)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, then trim any woody ends.
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and tender.
In a separate pan, melt the remaining butter. Stir in garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Drizzle the herb butter over the mushrooms and serve immediately as a side or main dish.
